About Us
Lucero Creative is a culture-driven, bilingual creative firm with over 20 years of experience in photography, branding, and marketing. Founded by Lucero Valle, the studio adapts and expands as each project demands—sometimes it’s an intimate portrait session, other times it’s a full-scale production with makeup artists, assistants, and video crews.
For more than a decade in Austin, we’ve worked alongside businesses, nonprofits, and leaders who trust us to capture their vision with authenticity and cultural insight. Our background in marketing means we don’t just deliver beautiful visuals—we create content with purpose, designed to connect with audiences and help brands thrive.

About LUCERO
Lucero Valle Ortiz is an Austin-based commercial photographer and creative director specializing in editorial and brand photography for leaders, founders, and changemakers.
Originally from Mexico, Lucero grew up surrounded by photography through her family’s studios and camera shops. Today she leads Lucero Creative Business, a culture-driven visual studio that collaborates with entrepreneurs, corporations, and nonprofit organizations to create portraits and visual storytelling that elevate their presence and impact.
Her clients have included the City of Austin, Dell, Amplify Credit Union, Vera Bank, and numerous community leaders and entrepreneurs across Texas.
Alongside her commercial work, Lucero develops art projects exploring identity, resilience, and culture. Her portrait series Resilient Hearts, supported by a City of Austin grant, highlights mothers raising children with diverse abilities.
Lucero is passionate about using photography to help people communicate their work with authenticity, dignity, and confidence.

How We Work

Your story or brand is unique—and your photos should be too. Through questions and conversation, we uncover what makes you stand out and how you want to be seen. From there, we design a creative approach that reflects your message, your style, and the impact you want to make.
3. Content Production
Lights, camera, action! On shoot day, we take care of the details so you can focus on being present. Whether it’s portraits, branding visuals, or event coverage, we capture authentic expressions and polished imagery that resonate with your audience.
4. Delivery & Launch
After the shoot, we edit and polish your images (or video) with care. You’ll receive a curated gallery of final assets—ready to use for your website, press, social media, or marketing campaigns. We also guide you on how to make the most of your visuals so your story continues to shine.
