How much time should we plan for?
As a planning guide, allow up to 60 minutes for immediate families or people with pets, and up to 90 minutes for extended families. We confirm your session window in advance and work efficiently when children or pets are ready. You’re investing in the experience and photographs; there’s no need to use every minute.
What does “all best images” mean?
You receive the complete curated collection of successful photographs, with at least 30 edited images. Duplicate frames, test shots, missed focus, and closed-eye photographs are excluded. RAW files are not included. Your collection includes high-resolution downloads.
What’s the difference between studio and outdoors?
The studio gives us a simple, editorial setting and controlled light. Outdoors gives us natural light and room to move at an agreed Austin location. Outdoor pricing reflects the additional location planning, travel, and setup. Any special location fees are agreed before booking.
Can you photograph all 15 of us in the studio?
We review the group size, accessibility needs, and the portraits you want before confirming a studio booking. If the space won’t comfortably fit your full group, we’ll recommend an outdoor setting or quote a suitable alternative studio.
What if our children or pets need a break?
That’s part of the plan. We can photograph other combinations while someone rests, take a short pause, or work in quick bursts. Let us know about any needs before the session so we can prepare together.
What happens if the outdoor weather doesn’t cooperate?
We’ll review the forecast together and agree on a backup plan before your session, which may include rescheduling or an available studio alternative.
